Dr. Waseem Ahmad Wani

Waseem is a postdoctoral researcher in the Nanoscale Function Group. He worked as a research assistant in BITS Pilani Hyderabad before joining UCD. He obtained his PhD from BITS Pilani Hyderabad, India in 2023. He received a Master's degree in physics from IFTM University, India in 2015 and a Bachelor's degree in science from University of Kashmir in 2013. Waseem is an expert in Materials Physics, with a particular interest in ferroelectric materials.

Dr. Chiranjib Chakrabarti

Chiranjib Chakrabarti is a IRC Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Nanoscale Function Group, working with Prof. Brian Rodriguez. He received his Ph.D. in Materials Physics and Chemistry from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. Before joining UCD, he held academic positions in India and conducted research at institutions such as IIT Madras (India), INRS (Canada), and Hubei University (China). His research focuses on the synthesis, characterization, and functional properties of perovskites, oxides, and thin films for energy and electronic applications.
